Deputy Manager:

Should have knowledge, understanding and experience of relevant legislation ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Regulatory Quality Improvement Authorities, care standards and other statutory regulators.


NMC registration with 2yrs post-registration experience
Excellent communication skills
Proficient computer skills
Caring and compassionate approach


40 hrs per week.
Flexibility essential and the ability to work night duty if required
Involvement in infection control
Participation in auditing and governance programmes
Acquiring cover in situations of staff shortage
Deputising in the absence of Manager
Responsibility for direct supervision and line management of staff

Job Title: Bank Registered Staff Nurse

Essential Criteria:

  • Registered on the live NMC register
  • 1 year post registration

Experience in a caring for elderly environment preferable, though not essential.
Candidates should have good communication skills, be flexible and have a positive attitude.

Hours: Bank hours available

Rate of Pay: Competitive
Overtime rates available. Discussed at interview
6 weeks holidays per year for contracted staff

Excellent training opportunities and support to move forward into senior roles.

Job Title: Senior carers/carers required, contract and bank hours

Opportunity for positions in both nursing and residential wings of Faith House
Senior carers must be registered with NISCC and have NVQ Level 3 qualification with medicine administration experience.
NISCC registration for carers who have worked in nursing home environment essential.
Carers who have no experience do not require NISCC registration as they are allowed 6 months from start of employment to apply.
Experience would be preferable though not essential as full mandatory training will be completed prior to commencement of employment and a period of induction will be arranged.

Candidates must have good communication skills.
Faith house supports staff in training to enable them to work towards promotion within the home.
Rates of pay competitive, discussed at interview.
6 weeks holiday allowance per year for contracted staff.
